Billing questions
Which currency am I billed in?
India is billed in rupees, everywhere else in US dollars. The currency is set from where you are when you subscribe and stays fixed for the life of that subscription.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancelling stops the next renewal — you keep everything you paid for until the current period ends, and nothing you created is deleted.
What happens if I downgrade?
Nothing is destroyed. Competitors beyond your new plan's limit are paused rather than removed: they stop refreshing, stay in your list, and start again the moment you upgrade or remove another.
Do you count a competitor twice if someone else tracks them?
No. Accounts are scraped once and shared, which is why the limits are per workspace rather than per scrape. You are billed for the accounts you track, not the traffic behind them.
Is the founding-member price really forever?
For as long as the subscription stays active. Cancel and resubscribe later and you rejoin at the price of the day.
